Acceptance of inheritances or legacies in Spain
This service is for you if:

- You need to manage the entire succession process but don’t know where to start.
- You cannot travel to Spain to sign the inheritance acceptance and need assistance to manage the paperwork and pay the taxes.
Documents needed to accept an inheritance in Spain:
- Valid passport or ID.
- Foreigners Identification Number (NIE) (if you don’t have one, we can help you obtain it).
- Family book.
- Deceased’s will.
- List of the deceased’s assets (if you don’t have it, we can assist in obtaining it).
What does our service include?
- We take care of organizing the entire succession process in Spain.
- We obtain the Last Will Certificate and a copy of the deceased’s will.
- We prepare the inheritance acceptance deeds at the notary and handle all the necessary documentation, including bank certificates and property information.
