Born in 1984 in the Ermadàs neighborhood of Palafrugell. Yolanda Porcel is an outstanding lawyer with solid training and extensive experience in the legal field.<\/p>\n

He obtained his Law Degree in 2010 from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), with a specialized business track. In the same year, he completed a university extension in Public Relations also at the UOC. Yolanda qualified as a practicing lawyer at the Illustrious Bar Association of Girona in September 2010, where she received her ICAG membership number 2976.<\/p>\n

In 2011, he completed the School of Legal Practice course at the Illustrious Bar Association of Girona, obtaining the Diploma of Professional Aptitude. Subsequently, she specialized in various areas, completing the Specialization Course in Gender Violence in 2013 and the Specialization Course in Immigration and Nationality, both at the Illustrious Bar Association of Girona.<\/p>\n

From 2011 to January 2019, Yolanda practiced as a lawyer assigned to the Office and Assistance to Detainees (TOAD), working in all jurisdictions: civil, criminal, Gender Violence, administrative and labor. Currently, he is dedicated exclusively to civil jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

In 2014, he obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Catalan Civil Law, specialized in family law, real estate law and inheritance law, from the University of Barcelona, which has given him significant recognition in his knowledge of Catalan civil law. Furthermore, in 2015 he completed a Higher Course in Mediation (civil, social and family) taught by CEDECO-UJCI, presenting a final work on “The state of the implementation of health mediation in Girona”. She is registered as a mediator in the Official Registry of the Generalitat of Catalonia, she is not currently practicing.<\/p>\n

That same year, he completed an Official Master’s Degree in Tort Law from the University of Girona, with the thesis titled “Fault and its proof in medical civil liability.” Currently, he is in the process of obtaining his Doctorate in Private Law from the University of Girona.<\/p>\n

Among some of the updates and continuous training, he has completed the Specialization Course in Construction Law at CEFAMA in August 2024 and the Advanced Course in Real Estate, Urban Planning and Acquisition and Transfer of Business Due Diligence at INEAF in September 2024.<\/p>\n

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Yolanda actively collaborates in legal magazines and publications and has collaborated on radio programs on Radio Palafrugell, sharing her experience and knowledge with the community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
